Jodi Head Guitar Wear is handmade to order in the lower east side of NYC. Because of the nature of the manufacturing, please be prepared to wait for your items, as they may take some time to produce. Jodi Head reserves the rights to change pricing, discontinue styles and/or colors, and refuse business at any time for any reason. Please be mindful that colors can occasionally be slightly misrepresented on a computer monitor and could be a shade different in person. If the strap arrives, not to your color liking, please return unworn and unused (ie do not put on your guitar).
If you are not completely satisfied upon receiving the product, a return of the item is available within 7 days. The receiver is responsible for the return shipping charges and a restocking fee. The restocking fee includes the original shipping cost and 25-50% of the strap price. **Only unused straps are available for return. Straps with the Jodi Head tag removed and / or straps placed onto a guitar will be considered used.
Any damages or theft incurred after receipt are not the responsibility of
Jodi Head. Jodi Head only services customers that buy directly from jodihead.com.
Returns of Jodi Head product purchased through other vendors must be addressed
to the original vendor. PLEASE email jodi@jodihead.com prior to
any return. Unannounced returns will be refused on site."
